Polar Bear Sims made a really cool mod. It lets ghosts in the game get married and have babies!

I LOVE it because I didn’t think it was possible before. It opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for my Sims 4 game; now ghosts can build families and have kids of their own.

I’m so excited about this mod because it’s made my game even more realistic! It’s much more fun playing with ghosts who can be parents and form relationships.

And I’m even more excited that now I can have ghost babies running around my Sims 4 world!

4. Sims 4 Better Nanny (Second Nanny & more) Infant Mod – Littlemssam

If you’re looking for a better infant care experience, then the Better Nanny mod is perfect for you!

This incredible mod allows you to make adjustments to the general behavior of your nannies, making them better at feeding and changing infant diapers. You even have the option to hire a second nanny, so you can have round-the-clock infant care!

With this mod, you can specify the working hours of your nannies to fit your needs, and you can even choose an age range for each nanny to match the infant’s age and stage of development.

My busy parent’s sims love the fact that they don’t have to worry about infant care, and I’m sure yours will too!

5. Sims 4 Better Science Babies Interactions Mod – BrickLion’s Workshop

This mod from BrickLion is really cool! It changes how infant science babies are made.

Normally it only costs §1200, but now it costs §5000. To make a baby, you need to be good friends with the other person, and people who don’t like family won’t want to do it.

It also takes longer—4+ hours instead of 10-15 minutes. And if someone doesn’t like you, they won’t make a baby with you either!

All of this makes science babies much more realistic and immersive. I’m really enjoying this mod.

6. Science Baby Tweak Mod – Lumpinou

Wow! This mod is so amazing and gives you so much control.

I love the fact that it allows me to choose if I want a science baby immediately or if I want to cause a pregnancy. It’s super exciting and gives my Sims’ stories so much more depth and complexity.

Plus, the fact that I can have any Sim carry a pregnancy is awesome!

Now, my Sims’ stories can take unexpected turns and offer so much more opportunity for adventure. You should definitely try out this mod if you haven’t already.

It’s really a great way to give your game an extra boost and make it more fun and engaging.

7. Sims 4 Less Infant Hovering Mod – Adeepindigo

If you feel like your adult sims spend a little too much time hovering over their babies in Sims 4, you need the Less Infant Hovering Mod!

This mod drastically reduces the amount of time your adult Sims will spend hovering over their infants, freeing them up to do other activities.

My sims love the extra time, and it’s wonderful to see them living their lives with more freedom!

8. Sims 4 Slow Infant Needs Mod – Plumlace

Now you no longer have to worry about your infant Sim’s needs!

With the Slow Infant Needs mod, their decay rate is drastically reduced, so you can now focus on other activities without having to constantly check in on their needs.

And the best part is that you don’t even need the Growing Together pack for this mod to work! I’ve been using this mod for a while now, and I’m loving it.

This mod is really fun! With better babies and toddlers, you can have more realistic emotions with your Sims.

When your Sim has a baby, they can talk to other Sims about it and get different moodlets. There are also custom moods that make the game more realistic.

I always thought the EA babies were a bit too basic and not quite realistic enough.

But with this Sims 4 Better Babies Override Mod, newborns look more lifelike and realistic than ever before.

The skin tones are improved. The facial expressions, eyes, and mouth are more detailed. Plus, the mod includes a default bottle replacement override mod that allows you to replace EA’s default feeding bottle with a more realistic one.

This mod really brings newborns to life, and I ABSOLUTELY love it!

Basically, the Sims 4 Infant Playmat mod from Simslabss lets your Sim babies spend their happy days on the floor playing with toys and enjoying tummy time.

I love this mod because it offers loads of features like the ability to interact with parents, look at toys, and enjoy tummy time. Plus, there are six swatches to choose from so you can customize it to match your home decor.

You need to have the Growing Together expansion pack installed in order for this mod to work.

Now you can call a babysitter to take care of your infant, toddler, and child Sims from the comfort of your own home. Just choose any Sim with a mind age of Teen or older and with a friendship value of at least 20 and they’ll arrive at your door in just a few minutes.

The babysitter will stay up to six hours, plus you can send them home earlier with the “Ask to Leave” interaction.

What’s even better is that you can call up to five babysitters at once, and each will cost just 15 Simoleons per hour—that’s an absolute bargain!

My favorite thing about this mod is that the babysitters follow the same Nanny Behaviour as regular Sims.

18. Sims 4 Infant Realistic Childbirth Lactation Mod – PandaSama

The Sims 4 Infant Lactation Mod by PandaSama is really cool! After having a baby using the Childbirth Mod, your Sim will start to produce milk.

You can use a pump to get milk from your Sim and then feed it to your baby. If you don’t have enough milk, you can eat special cookies to help make more. You can also make formula for your Sim’s baby.

The milk can be stored in the fridge and warmed up when you want to give it to the baby.

Don’t forget that if you don’t pump often enough, your Sim might develop mastitis! But don’t worry—taking some medicine called Tylenol should help it go away quickly!

19. Happy Nanny Stories Sims 4 Infant Mod – Cassity Simmer

Wow, now your Sims can have the best job ever! With the Happy Nanny Stories Sims 4 Infant Mod, you can now watch somebody else’s babies and kids in the neighborhood. My sim was able to make a decent amount of money from this mod, and I found it so much more rewarding than other jobs in the game. Not only was it great to make extra money, but it was also really fun and exciting to watch kids and babies grow before my eyes.

Your sim can also decide to make this their full-time career, making them one of the top nannies! With this mod, you can create your own schedule and work as much or as little as you like. Even if your sim only wants to do a quick babysitting job, they can plan a social event and choose “Child Care Workday” to make some extra money.

I highly recommend this mod, especially for those who love watching their sims interact with children and babies.
