This Sims 4 challenge is perfect for those who want to get creative and use their Sims 4 building skills.
You’ll need to PICK a theme for building styles, pin down the layout of your town, and create all new sims and lots. This includes not using previously made Sims or lots from the gallery.
You must also create a lounge, gym, library and/or museum, park, pool, and one nice, big residential home to be the mayor’s house. All Sims must have their own home, and you can add other venues if you have the expansion packs.
