Sims 4 CC Finds and Mods – August 2026 Favorites
August is already bringing some amazing Sims 4 CC and mods. I’ve rounded up the newest finds that deserve a spot in your downloads folder.

I wasn’t planning to make another CC list this soon… but August had other ideas. 😅 There have already been so many good releases that I couldn’t leave them sitting in my bookmarks.
This post is where I’m collecting my favorite Sims 4 CC finds and mods for August 2026. You’ll come across new clothes, hairstyles, furniture, clutter, gameplay mods, and plenty of other downloads that caught my attention this month.
To make everything easier to browse, I’ve split the different categories into separate pages instead of putting hundreds of downloads into one long post. Just use the links or pagination below to jump between clothes, hair, CC packs, build items, mods, and more.
I’ll keep updating this list throughout August, so if you’re always looking for the newest Sims 4 downloads, don’t forget to check back. There are already some really fun releases this month, and I have a feeling we’re only getting started.
Sims 4 CC Finds and Mods for August 2026
Josiah Hair by Lucie Lou

Big, defined curls give this hairstyle from Lucie Lou a bold shape that instantly stands out in CAS.
The full rounded volume and textured fringe frame the face nicely, making it a great choice for everyday outfits, streetwear, parties, and stylish character makeovers. It’s a lovely Sims 4 male curly hair CC option for Sims who need more natural texture and personality.
Magana Hair by Electric Whims

This layered hairstyle from Electric Whims gives male Sims a bold, slightly alternative look in CAS.
The long two-tone sections at the back add extra movement, while the heavy fringe and small braid bring plenty of personality from every angle. It’s a great Sims 4 male hair CC choice for fantasy Sims, edgy streetwear outfits, occult characters, and dramatic everyday styling.
Eyelashes N7 Part 1 by Obscurus

These 3D eyelashes from Obscurus give female Sims a soft, fluttery look that still feels natural in CAS.
The lashes add extra length and definition around the outer corners, while the delicate lower-lash details make the eyes stand out beautifully. They’re a lovely Sims 4 3D eyelashes CC choice for everyday makeovers, romantic looks, and polished Sim portraits.
Hardware Belly Ring by Pralinesims

This belly ring from Pralinesims adds a sleek curved metal detail to both feminine and masculine Sims.
It comes in 25 colors with five placement versions, making it easier to fit different body shapes and outfit styles. It’s a versatile Sims 4 piercings CC pick for alternative looks, Y2K outfits, party styling, and everyday CAS makeovers.
Eye of the Tiger CC Pack by Syboulette

This boxing-themed collection from Syboulette has everything you need to create a detailed training gym for athletic Sims.
The pack includes a boxing ring, punching bags, gloves, benches, stools, storage crates, wall bars, towels, sports bags, and smaller decorative pieces. It’s a brilliant Sims 4 CC pack for boxing clubs, industrial fitness centers, athlete storylines, and action-packed gameplay scenes.
Festival Muse CC Pack – Mermalade

Festival outfits get a soft boho update in this collection from Mermalade. The pack includes a flowing romper, a halter top with shorts, and a belted mini dress, all with relaxed shapes and warm earthy details.
It’s a lovely Sims 4 female clothes CC pack for music festivals, desert trips, summer parties, and carefree outdoor looks.
Sims 4 Sunday CC Pack – Miro Sims

Comfy basics get a cute upgrade in this loungewear collection from Miro Sims. The set pairs fitted camisole tops with soft wide-leg pants and relaxed shorts, with sweet bow prints, pastel shades, and a bolder leopard option.
It’s a cozy Sims 4 loungewear CC pack for sleepwear, lazy Sundays, casual home outfits, and relaxed everyday gameplay.
Sims 4 Tiramisu Clothes Set – Heartquake

This cute matching set from Heartquake has a playful Y2K feel with its fitted long-sleeve top, off-shoulder neckline, and low-rise mini skirt.
The polka-dot prints, oversized button detail, and soft pastel colors make it easy to create sweet casual outfits, while the darker swatches give the set a slightly edgier look. It’s a fun clothes CC set for everyday styling, teen looks, café dates, and nostalgic CAS outfits.
Set 093 CC Pack by Hanraja

This elegant collection from Hanraja mixes formal dresses with a few matching décor pieces for a full glamorous setup.
The clothing includes fitted gowns, tiered dresses, floral prints, and softer pastel styles, while the furniture side adds mirrors, a lamp, drawers, and a decorative vase. It’s a versatile Sims 4 CC pack for formal events, vintage-inspired interiors, elegant parties, and polished CAS looks.
Pearl Vanity by Lapanemona

Pearl Vanity by Lapanemona gives bedrooms and dressing rooms a soft, elegant beauty corner with a polished neutral look.
The 8-piece set includes a vanity table, stool, large mirror, smaller tabletop mirror, jewelry stand, flowers, brush, and decorative accessories. It’s a lovely vanity CC set for feminine bedrooms, dressing areas, luxury apartments, and cozy getting-ready spaces.
Trinity Hair by AHarris00britney

There’s something really pretty about a long hairstyle that still feels smooth and easy to use in everyday CAS, and this one fits that perfectly. AHarris00britney gave it a soft, polished shape with just enough movement to keep it from feeling too plain.
I could see this working on so many different Sims, from casual everyday looks to more dressed-up outfits.
The length gives it that extra glam touch, but it still feels versatile enough to become one of those hairstyles you keep coming back to.
Naomi Hair CC – Peachibunnii

This hairstyle instantly gave me soft glam vibes, and I love how much detail is packed into the shape. Naomi Hair CC by Peachibunnii combines a high twisted bun with long wavy lengths and curled pieces framing the face.
The bun adds a pretty dressed-up touch, while the loose waves keep the style from feeling too formal. I also really like the lighter highlighted strands because they make the curls stand out beautifully.
Summer Picnic Set by Severinka

Picnic clutter like this makes outdoor scenes feel so much more complete, especially for summer saves. Severinka gave the set a really cozy, detailed look that works beautifully for parks, gardens, backyard lunches, or little countryside outings.
What I like most is how easy it is to build a full picnic setup around these pieces. Everything feels warm and decorative, but still natural enough for everyday storytelling.
Musicnote Earrings by AtomicLight

Accessories like this are such an easy way to make a Sim feel a little more unique, especially if you already love alternative or music-inspired CAS looks. AtomicLight’s music note earrings have a playful style that stands out nicely, and they pair really well with other ear piercings too.
I like these for musician Sims, concert outfits, Y2K looks, or anyone who needs something a bit more fun than basic hoops and studs.
They’re a small detail, but they can completely change the feel of an outfit.
Romantic Summer CC Pack – Korkassims

Soft summer outfits like these are perfect when I want my Sims to look cute but still casual enough for everyday gameplay. Korkassims gave the whole pack a very feminine feel, with light fabrics, floral touches, and easy pieces that fit right into warm-weather CAS.
I like that the collection gives you a few different moods to work with, from sweeter date-day looks to more relaxed summer outfits.
It feels cohesive without making every Sim look the same, which makes it a really nice pack to keep around for seasonal wardrobes.
Sims 4 Charmed CC Pack by Snootysims

A pretty vanity setup can make a bedroom feel instantly more personal, and this pack from Snootysims has such a soft vintage charm. The warm wood, oval mirror, and matching stool give it a classic look that works beautifully in cozy bedrooms or cottage-style homes.
I also like the little beauty clutter that comes with it, since those smaller details make the vanity feel actually used instead of purely decorative.
It’s a lovely Sims 4 vanity CC pack for creating a dressing corner that feels warm, feminine, and lived-in.
Diego Hair by Filippovnabey

There’s a nice slightly undone feel to this hairstyle that makes it stand out from the cleaner, more sculpted male hairs in CAS. Filippovnabey kept the layers loose around the face, which gives it a softer, more natural finish.
For me, this feels like one of those hairs that fits Sims with a casual, artistic, or grungier style really well.
It has enough movement to give the face more character, while still being simple enough to use across plenty of everyday outfits.
Brat Era Makeup Set – Ladysimmer

Some makeup sets are made for Sims who are meant to stand out, and this one definitely leans in that direction. Ladysimmer gave the collection a bold, glossy look that fits perfectly with Y2K fashion, nightlife outfits, and more confident glam styling.
I like how it can push a simple CAS look into something much more dramatic with just a few changes.
It’s a fun makeup CC find for party Sims, fashion-focused saves, or anytime you want a look that feels a little sharper and less everyday.
Mei Lin Dress Set by MillianCC

These dresses have that sleek, slightly dramatic look that works so well for evening CAS. MillianCC kept the silhouettes fitted and polished, but the floral details give them a softer finish that stops the set from feeling too plain.
One version leans more classic, while the other feels a little bolder, so there’s room to style very different Sims with the same set. I’d reach for these for dinner dates, parties, formal events, or any save where the wardrobe needs a few sharper dress options.
Artie Hair by LeahLillith

Fofo Shoes Collection by Tina-Sims

This collection is a fun little mix because the shoes don’t all lean in the same direction. Tina-Sims gives you everything from sporty sneakers to softer ballet flats and more statement-style pairs, so it feels more like a mini shoe drawer refresh than one themed release.
I’d keep this one around for Sims with very different wardrobes, especially if you like switching between casual, preppy, and slightly quirky looks.
The variety makes it easy to grab a pair for everyday outfits, school looks, or dressier CAS styling.
Cozy Lounge CC Pack by Korkassims

Korkassims went very soft and wearable with this collection, mixing fitted lounge pieces with cozy long sleeves and simple neutral shades.
The pack includes a sleek jumpsuit-style outfit, a knit mini dress, and a short romper, so there’s a nice balance between staying comfy and still looking put together.
I’d use these for lazy mornings, casual weekends, at-home dates, or everyday outfits when you want something relaxed but not sloppy. The muted colors also make the pieces easy to mix into a bigger wardrobe.
