Happy 2026, friends! I started the year the only way I know how—organizing my mods folder and falling headfirst into a CC spiral. 😂

January’s picks are a mix of clothes, hair, mods, and builds I found while scrolling through Tumblr and Patreon. Some are free, a few are early access, but all of them are high-quality and actually made it into my game (which says a lot).

I really like how natural it feels in CAS, not overly styled, not flat either.

Gildedghosts never fails to amaze us like this. The tailoring, the muted vintage tones, and the careful detailing make every piece feel thoughtfully researched rather than costume-like.

Each outfit blends beautifully into historical or retro gameplay while still feeling practical for everyday Sims, which is exactly what makes this pack stand out.

Palpitating Curtains Set – Panlili

I’m genuinely obsessed with how delicate these look in-game. The soft fabrics, bows, and tiny details give windows that cozy, romantic feel without overwhelming the room.

I keep using them for bedrooms and cottage-style builds because they instantly soften the space and make it feel lived-in and warm.

Maki Hair CC – Marso

The slightly messy layers and natural fringe make it feel super wearable in everyday gameplay, especially for shy, creative, or music-loving Sims.

These are the kind of tops I grab when I want my Sim to look put-together with zero effort. The corset shapes give just enough structure without screaming “formal,” and they mix so well with jeans, skirts, and even cargos.

The soft curls have that fluffy, lived-in volume, and the headband detail gives it a very put-together, everyday look. It works beautifully for casual outfits but still holds up in more dressed-up looks.

This is a new release, and I opened CAS right away because the vibe is instantly soft and cozy. The fawn-inspired details, especially the hoodie ears and warm brown tones, look really gentle and pretty in-game.

I can already see this being perfect for sleepy screenshots, storytelling saves, or calm cottage-style Sims.

It’s one of those packs that feels soothing the moment you place it on a Sim.

Omg, look at the eyes on this set. The eye details and lashes are so soft and glowy in CAS, especially that butterfly-style look.

It also includes eyeshadow, lipstick, and blush, all in really gentle shades that layer nicely.

I’m obsessed with how fresh this new release feels. The outdoor kitchen pieces, built-in grill, counters, open shelving, and matching dining sets all work together so smoothly for patio and backyard builds.

Everything leans Maxis Match with warm wood tones and clean shapes that don’t overpower the space.

It’s the kind of pack that instantly makes your outdoor areas feel lived-in, cozy, and actually usable for gameplay.

I had to pause for this one because the shape is so LeahLillith. The half-up bun feels soft and effortless, with those loose pieces framing the face in a way that looks really natural in CAS.

The oversized knit, tie detail, and layered skirt combo give major main-character energy in CAS.

It’s cute but still a little moody, which makes it perfect for storytelling Sims or aesthetic screenshots.

One of those outfits that instantly makes me want to build a whole save around it.

Bohemian Ruffled Blouse CC – VICCS

How does one blouse give the main character energy so effortlessly? I love the soft ruffles and that delicate tie detail; it feels very boho, very romantic, and perfect for everyday Sims who still want a little drama.

I added this hair and kept it on my Sim longer than expected, which usually means it’s a keeper.

The half-up style feels simple but not boring, and those small braids in the front add just enough detail. It looks really clean in-game, especially from the back, no weird shape issues.

Modern Cozy CC Pack by Mermalade

If you love outfits that look comfy but still put-together, this pack gets it right. These are alpha pieces, but the quality is really high, and they look great in-game.

I tried a couple of items in CAS and liked how relaxed everything feels.

The knits sit nicely on the body and work well for everyday Sims, cozy fall walks, or casual date looks.

Sims 4 Eyebrows and Lens CC – SourLemonSimblr

I’m super picky about brows and eyes, and these immediately passed the test in my game. The eyebrows look soft and natural without overpowering the face, and the lenses add just enough brightness to make Sims feel more alive.

I really like how subtle everything is; nothing feels too sharp or uncanny in CAS.

It’s one of those small CC additions that makes a surprisingly big difference to everyday Sims.

3D Lashes 04 & 05 by n7-Sims

These lashes are one of those quiet CAS upgrades you really notice once they’re on. They add depth to the eyes without looking heavy or doll-like, which I love.

I usually mix and match the upper and lower styles depending on the Sim, and they sit nicely even with hats and glasses.

If you like lashes that look soft and wearable instead of dramatic, these are such a good pick.
